Built and maintained websites for small and large business's primally in SC. Tracked projects and changes with Monday CRM.

Managing network infostructure across SC and NC. Supporting over 300 computers across both states. Providing remote and on-site support. 

• Network monitoring and maintenance across 20+ locations, in SC and NC. Using Ubiquiti and Cisco equipment
• Analyzed security of computers with SentinelOne
• Analyzed compromised emails to find potential stolen information

With AMBIT, I provided first level support to small and medium sized business's in the Columbia and Chapin SC area. 

• Provided PC and Printer support
• Served as the primary technical contact for multiple clients
• Imagaging PCs and laptops for new employees.

This was a contract position in which I assisted the R1 school district IT team in imaging laptops, PCs and smartboards for the upcoming school year.
